Penn Medicine is the brand for all University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) health care entities in addition to the Perelman School of Medicine (PSOM).

UPHS is a comprehensive health system that includes inpatient and outpatient care facilities at numerous campuses/locations across the region. These entities include Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC), Pennsylvania Hospital (PAH), Chester County Hospital (CCH), Clinical Care Associates (CCA), Penn Home Care/Hospice Services (HCHS), Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania (CPUP) as well as UPHS Corporate Shared Services (CORP).
