UPHS is a comprehensive health system that includes inpatient and outpatient care facilities at numerous campuses/locations across the region. These entities include Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC), Pennsylvania Hospital (PAH), Chester County Hospital (CCH), Clinical Care Associates (CCA), Penn Home Care/Hospice Services (HCHS), Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania (CPUP) as well as UPHS Corporate Shared Services (CORP).

Will we transition to UPHS Compensation/Benefit plan?

We will work with you to analyze your market compensation and benefits programs. Market expectations vary within our footprint and our goal is to
ensure that your compensation and benefits are competitive within your specific market.

If an employee of either organization is offered employment they will be subject to the compensation/benefit plan that is currently in place at the receiving organization. We ask employees who are transferring between entities to seek the guidance of HR so they are aware of the impact of change on their compensation and benefits.
